2007- CO2
Cars won trophies at the Miami-Dade County Fair. Fabian
Arizmendy won 2nd place and Natalie Odio won 3rd place in a
county-wide tournament.
2007- HMS History Club ranked
first in the county for the fifth consecutive year. The
team members were Danny Acosta, Isabella Martin, Kristina
Lodenquai, Chris Molina and Melissa Ricaurte
2007- Mardi Gras Court:
Daniel Acosta, King & Bianca Ogura, Queen are accompanied by
Alexandra DelCanal & Alexandra Bravo.
2007- HMS Yearbook was
inducted into the Walsworth Publishing Company’s Gallery of
Excellence. The entire staff was featured in the Herald

2004 & 2005- Boys Basketball
County Champions
Kim Barrett- Shot Put and
Discus County Champion, went on to become an NCAA All-American
and Olympic Athlete (Jamaica)
Crystal Thomas- Discus County Record, now at Cornell University
Tracy Kerr- County
Golf Champion now on the LPGA Tour
